(1) How to do business online?
At first,please enter into our 24 hour on line to purchase and fill in your revelent information,then put forward your request or suggestion. After confirming,we will reply it as soon as possible.But you must give us your contact information.If you are a argent,please send E-mail to us and give us the detailed information to contact.If you are OEM order,you can choose the product on website or directly provide your product information,including the photo,material,,size,quantily,reference price and delivery time.We can do the sample for you with your request or your sample.

(2) How many quantity is your minimum order?
There is more than 500 staff in our factory now,and still in course of development .We have no fixed minimun quantity but the price and delivery date are base on the quantity of the order.

(3) How about your payment?
For new client: 30% deposit, 70% balance after QC. For old client: L/C at sight. For others: let us know your request. We can also do business on FOB,CIF and C&F,please let us know your request before quotation.

(4) How to get the sample which I interesring?
Our factory can do the sample for you within 3 days.If you hav't the sample,you can choose the model on our website.We can offer some clients the sample for free,but you must give us your detailed contact( including the country,company,telephone number,address and so on).As usually,our factory will charge the sample cost about $15.00(Non freight) if you are new client.

(5) How dose your factory ensure the after-sales service?
